Now, as far as I know not many people out there care to believe that Zombies exist. However they have been the cornerstone of much of the media we watch today, be it from comics, books, and television. Perhaps they are real, but not in the sense of the flesh eating type.
Let me explain, perhaps the media surrounding Zombies lately is trying to tell us all something. Whether or not I am right is of course up to you, and you alone. However, I think that the sudden surge in social media's interest in Zombies is no coincidence.
The Media could be subliminally telling us that we are all Zombies to our culture, and/or way of life. We've been conditioned to go with the flow, to accept disaster in a steadfast way and to follow the rules. Now, I'm not suggesting that people go out and start killing their friends or a co-worker that has angered them. I'm merely suggesting that perhaps the train of thought human's once possessed about things like love, lust, hate, and loathing is gone.
For instance, one is told that you mustn't be in love to fornicate. However in my personal opinion, that action with a person that you truly love is the greatest feeling in the world. So, I'm not sure who the Zombie would be in that situation, but I guess the point of a blog is somewhat to provide you with a look into the mind of someone else.
So there you have it, a look into the things that spark ideas and random quests for knowledge of the unknown. This blog was pretty pointless, however I enjoyed writing it as it has gotten my mind ticking.
I'll leave you with a quote:
"Battle not with monsters, lest ye become a monster, and if you gaze into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you." - Friedrich Nietzsche
I think that this somewhat relates to the subject content of this blog, and I hope it begins your thought process as it has mine.
