Maybe it's not just a game...

With the Super Bowl hours away from officially kicking off in Dallas, I find myself feeling some sort of nostalgia for the coming game. It seems that not so long ago I was a fragile young child just being introduced to the game of football, and I can still remember the score of the first Super Bowl I ever watched, in which my newly found favorite team(The New England Patriots) won their first Super Bowl. I was extremely happy, and thus was born countless years of cheering for my team through good times and bad. Through Playoff berths to Super Bowl titles.

I guess all of us at one point will look back on our childhood and try to find that one thing to hold onto, well for me that one thing is the game of football and the ups and downs my favorite team will go through. If there is one thing that I hope to be doing when I am old and wasting away in a retirement home, it will be watching the game with my family, perhaps even my grandchildren.

Well, this was just a short post today because I've made a few plans for the game this afternoon. I wish you all a good day.
